The staff were simply wonderful, facilities were great and the provided breakfast was perfect.

In travelling to Austin for the first time I didnt know the safe spots. Id say unfortunately this beautiful hotel wasnt in the safest neighbourhood. Id prefer to stay down near the bridge next time.

Mostly great

The staff was wonderful and efficient! The location was a little further out than I thought, but we were still able to walk to many of our destinations.

I didnt realize that parking was valet only and there was a $45 daily charge during our stay.

The parking! The price for overnight parking seemed a little too expensive compared to other locations weve stayed.

Capital building is only a few blocks away. The museum district is about $8 Uber away! Lots of eateries and cafe around.

Breakfast was wonderful with lots of selections. We had fresh blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, honeydew melon, cantaloupe for fruit salad. There are hot meals such as sausages, eggs, bagels, toasts, oatmeal etc. staff was friendly. The front desk/concierge, Eligh is hospital and resourceful. He is like a walking dictionary, who knows all the local things-to-do. Eligh has a great personality, we followed his advices and had a great time. The valet, Christian is friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a great stay!

Would come back for the stay.

The staff was great. I asked for a good view and was greeted with a treat of an upgrade and a perfect view. Gym was very nice and clean. Breakfast was quite good. Fresh fruit was amazing

Nothing really. The valet was even nice enough to let us know about free holiday parking and helped us with our luggage. Very nice of him.
