The staff were very kind.

I stayed for 3 nights, but the ceiling light and desk stand remained out during my stay. There was some stickiness on the toilet seat, so we wiped it off ourselves. On the last day, I had some time before my flight, so I decided to visit the hotel's spa. But it didn't feel very good to us. I had no technique and my body was still tense. When I made the reservation, the plan included an airport shuttle, but a return car was not available, so I had to request one at short notice.
