Make sure you ask questions before booking.

Room and balcony was perfect

Was mentioned the pool would be heated but was not. Payment on there page prior to booking says it will be taken before the stay. But upon booking I emailed and they said it will be taken on the day of arrival. Food overall was a good variety but seafood needed up giving us food poisoning as we booked half board like other hotels should receive a drink with the meal. But this was apparently not included.

Great.We have used this hotel many times in the past. Never fails.

Good selection. Tasty food.

Husband was looking forward to playing the piano. As he has in the past. However, piano has gone so he was a bit disappointed with that. Didn't spoil the holiday though.

It was ok but I just wish that the hot meals could have been hot.

We had a nice room with a view of Mount Teide, and it was clean. We had a kettle.

The beds are on the hard side. The reception area was more like a departure lounge at the airport.

Central Hotel with great staff and great location

Love the location. It is central to all the things in the resort. Short 10 minute stroll from ses front. Loro Park is maybe a 40-minute stroll along the coast. There is a free train from the sea front. I took this and walked the long way back. With beaches, harbours, and watch towers. As a solo traveller, I go half board. The botanic gardens are near. There are lots of places to eat for every taste.. Plenty of shops and supermarkets, churches and sights. There is a long park up the side of the big hill with a viewing area down the west coast and behind that again a people's park. Staff at this hotel are very helpful. Meals are buffet style with plenty of choice, and should you have a special need, staff will accommodate you. I do not eat meat and have plenty to choose from. Reception can organise any outing you need. There is entertainment during the week. A pool that traps the sun nicely and a gym. At the moment, there are some very discrete renovations going on. Mt Tiede view is excellent with a picturesque night view of the resort lights down to the sea. That is my preference, but the sea view is also cool and with a full moon over the bay, appealing too. The rooms are clean and large everything you need and well maintained.

Food!

Restaurant has weird rules such as strict control (check) on dress code. Approaches of waiters are sometimes little bit rude. I think because they are under huge stress.

Excellent food, and Teide and ocean view.

Perfect location to stay in Puerto Cruz and discover Tenerife. The breakfast and dinner deserve all compliments.

The cleaning could be more precise. No place for children to play.

Superb

Friendly staff, breakfast and dining area relatively quiet compared to it's size and number of guests. Pool area exceptionally clean and tidy.

WiFi inconsistent both in the room and pool area. Air-conditioning had an unpleasant musty smell but had to be used since there was a heatwave lasting 7 out of the 10 days we stayed.

Superb

Excellent hotel.

Unfortunately, with the windows of the restaurant open all the smells of the show cooking area of the restaurant had very poor ventilation which meant that after dining all our clothes smelled of sardinas a la plancha or other fried food.
