Good

The location is perfect, the room is large, clean! The cleaning lady on the first floor was super nice and always in a good mood.

Beds are pretty hard, breakfast could be better Reception: not really friendly, but also not rude. Spa is not for free (15 ), one has to pay a deposit for a towel at the pool as well (20 each).

Room 522

Beds were very comfortable and a wonderful shower. Breakfast was of a high standard but we did see a cockroach in the dining room one morning. Staff were alerted and they killed it. Location was central to restaurants and sea. Lovely rooftop area for relaxing.

On our first night in room 522, there was a horrendous odour from the toilet. Fumes were bad n we kept bathroom door closed n opened bedroom window. I contacted reception before breakfast and the man on reception was quite abrupt. He said engineer would look at it. No apology! Engineer did sort it but smell/fumes returned. On our last morning my husband told the man about the fumes and he then offered us a new room. Too little, too late! We used toilet in reception during our stay.

Pleasant hotel for a good price

Pleasant, light, clean and spacious room. Definitely a good option for the price. Had to change the room as could not sleep in the one facing the road, instead got one facing inside and without the balcony. There is a variety of food but not tasty, nothing bad, just not something to enjoy.

For everything you need to have a deposit. Want an iron have to bring - deposit money, pool towel - deposit... Why not just put things on the room? Lobby music is too loud in the evenings. With the closed windows on the 4th floor, I have no other option but to listen to it.

Very good

Nice hotel in a lovely city

The location is great, central and with awesome places nearby to eat and drink, and the city itself is charming. The bus station is quite close. The room was fairly comfortable and clean. Very nice view from the rooftop, where the pool is. The staff was okay, English - so and so. The hotel was generally cozy, but pretty funny that it has music on the hallways. Overall, good value accommodation!

We opted for a double bed, but it is basically two single beds put together that keep spreading apart. Not a great solution. The bathroom is strange, with a glass door, so make sure you are really comfortable with the person you travel with. The breakfast was mediocre at most.

Location was good, rooms clean and nice.

Coffee not the best in my opinion. Should change coffee makers..Earlier breakfast option was nice, I'm glad that hotel prepared plates with breakfast for us. However if one wanted to take something else to put on plate from prepared buffe...a cleaning person told us to not to touch anything screaming at us in Spanish a bit embarrassing
