Great value for money! Everything was perfect!Breakfast great, room large enough for all four of us with a balcony and perfect view on El Teide, several pools that kids enjoyed.

Poor

Not much really - the pool looked nice and apparently it is heated but did not get a chance to swim in it.

This place is tired and in urgent need of an upgrade. Our room was very dated, bathroom had mould in the shower, all kitchen applianaces felt sticky amd not properly cleaned. Dark beedroom that never gets sun. Breakfast was not good - overall not a great experience.

Pleasant

Very good breakfast

We were travelling with 2 kids and 2 year old baby. The staff at reception told that it is againstvthe jotel policy that we are 5 in the room, even if baby dod need anything at all
