Very poor

the hotel was very noisy. loud music played every evening, there were many noisy drunken guests. if you want to sleep at least one night, choose another hotel.

Very good

We liked that it was convenient with stroller as they had elevators and provided us with a baby cot to our room. They also had a smaller indoor pool with very friendly staff, that was the only alternative for us to swim as the outdoor pools were too cold.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was not price-worthy. Breakfast had almost no selection of healthy things such as vegetables.

Very good

Fantastic size room hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Liked that you could use both hotels The hotel also provided a free shuttle bus to the centre

Kids club was advertised but never open Snack bar was not very good.

Great relaxing place

Always glad to be back. Very nice 3 hotels complex with everything you need and a lot of activities. Nice big room and great balcony this time. Good schedule for restaurant and bars open in one point or another all day long

Kind of out of date and not the greatest food but all reflected in price so nothing to complain

Good value for the money

Good value for the money. We had a superior room, very large, good view and beds very comfortable. All staff very service minded, both at reception, the restaurant and maids. When we arrived the fridge was not working but this was changed straight away. The location is somewhat away from the center of Puerto de la Cruz, but local center with several restaurants, bars and shops.

We were on half board, breakfast and dinner. Breakfast ok, cold cuts often of low quality. Far too long a queue and waiting time at the coffee machines. Low quality juice, orange, apple and pineapple. Dinner somewhat monotonous, a bit boring. But considering the price, we were satisfied.

Room was spacious, clean, pool large enough, couple of staff polite

No iron in room when asking for one we were directed to a laundrette, the single bed solid asked for a room for three people which included our 3 year old he couldn't sleep on it our backs hurt. The entertainment very poor, felt like we was in a care home music didn't come on till late, no entertainment our son was fed up waiting for the kids music which eventually came on at 8.45pm which was past his bedtime. About three other kids running round only thing they got out of it was face painted. No daytime entertainment for our son which was advertised online kids club started at age 4. Some of the staff where rude we went to check in an a customer pushed infront of us clearly seeing we had a tierd baby waiting to go to bed the reception team left the people who where in the middle of checking in to attend to the one who pushed in ignoring us aswell. The breakfast was appalling no English options we ate bread rolls every morning and each day the buffet become less an less options. My partner seen insects round the coffee stand which suggests they could have been around the food areas too. We had to buy cereal for our 3 year old as the options in hotel where bad. The pools outside where ice cold I know it gets hot outside during the day but the baby pool was freezing even for us adults to step in. The indoor pool wasn't very inviting we felt out of place being in there on our own with nothing but a pool an one of lifeguard. The hotel is run down needs abit of life putting into in more music during the day, pool activities get the people up an moving, food needs to be so much better.

Great place, fantastic deals and great staff!

Buffet selection was amazing // the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming ready to accommodate any requests. The rooms were very clean and quiet.

Parking - it was a little limited on site.
