Dangerous no ventilation in the room

Clean and friendly

I've booked hot tub room and everything was fine. But I was surprised that my window was sealed (no way to open window) and no fresh air could be pulled into the room from the outside. It causes high Co2 rate and bad ventilation in the room. Especially when you took a hot tub your have high humidity in the room and headache. No additional intake vent was found.

I had 2 people for my reservation. The room was stuffed with bath tools only for one person. I was struggling to get extra toilet paper, towels and shampoo with conditioner. Plus garbage bags. It was problem too. Not enough of them.

With my requirements, it was worthy and we enjoy the stay there.

Fidge was broken. It is not being cool. No way to find hot water to drink. Some stains were on the bedding.

Amazing value for an amazing stay

The staff is incredibly accommodating and they were so helpful. I go here often and they always look out for me and my partner. In my stay they accommodated my last minute change into and non smoke free room and even let me check out much later. I love coming to Horizon Inn
