Nice place, but not worth the money when your room isn't cleaned.

New property, good location and nice lobby

Despite a permanent sign on the bathroom mirror in every room stating the rooms would be cleaned every other day, they now only clean every 3rd day; did not provide enough coffee or towels to make it 3 days.

Great stay: spacious rooms, full kitchen, modern design

Its our second stay in this hotel chain. Homewood Suites is a 4.5 star hotel for a price of a 3 star hotel. We have stayed in 5 stars many times too and know the difference. This time we booked a large one-bedroom suite with full kitchen. Lots of space for the entire family. The hotel offered free breakfast, pool, fitness center, modern room design, very friendly staff, clean rooms. What else can one wish for during a stay?

Everything was great except mattresses were too soft and bothered our backs.

Convenient location. Basketball court for kids. Indoor pool. Exercise room. Free breakfast and free parking. Great kitchen in room with full size refrigerator, stove, dishes, and dishwasher. Near lots of stores and restaurants.

The mattresses on our beds were too soft and that hurt our backs. Also, we wanted a room next to or near our daughter's room, and although I called the hotel about it frequently, they could not give me a definitive answer until the day we were set to arrive. We did have rooms near each other, so they did accommodate our request, but I felt that they should have been able to do that in advance and we should not have had to wait until the day of arrival to find out.

Very good

The breakfast was good but sometimes the eggs were not hot enough. The kids liked playing basketball but the basketball was not in great shape. They need a new basketball. The staff was friendly and nice. The room was very clean and our kitchen was perfect!

The mattress was too soft and hurt our backs.

Clean hotel

Our room is freezing. When we turned on the heat all we got was cold air. We contacted the front desk and they came to look at it but could not fix it and instead just gave us two additional blankets. Very disappointing
