Give Lower price small rooms , let people know what theyre getting because I was disappointed

Rooms to small, a view of the parking lot , no chair to sit on only a bed no fridge or microwave a lot of money for a small little room we got better service at other hotel chains, small rooms you should charge a lower price than what you charge me $250 a night not worth it. Im better off staying at the Marriott. I got better service ,overlooking the falls on the 15th level. There will be a next time at your place

Very central but room was very basic and tiny and not the clesnest

Rooms very tiny and not the cleanest bathroom was dirty no safe no fridge. Paid for room with a view and the window was tiny you could barely see anything

Average and not worth the money we spent

Location and breakfast

Rooms were extremely small, they had a see through window and a AC which didnt work properly and it was so hot inside the room. The curtains at the window were stopping the AC cooling. And when we tried to open the curtains so the room doesnt stay hot we notice see through window. People swimming thete could see everything inside the room which is so weird and we hated that.

Reasonable stay for tourists

Hotel location, cleanliness, positive attitude of staff, facilities, good variety of breakfast options ok quality of food.

Parking and breakfast should have been included. The shower was clogged and the bathroom faucet did not work properly. No air conditioning was available in our room, only heater.

Not what we expected

Good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff were prompt and helpful.

When we arrived, the thermostat was broken in our room and cold air was blowing out even though the heat was supposed to be on. The maintenance man turned off the air flow and brought us a space heater so that helped. The bathroom door didn't close and the entrance door to the room stuck. It smelled like mildew and the room was tiny. The bathroom was so small the toilet was partially under the sink.
