The hotel was not ready to deal with crowdness of customers in public holiday.

Location is good Breakfast good

Check in ..was very bad even though i recive call asking me about my arrival ..i wait more than hakf an hour to check in and around 3hours for the second room to be ready

Lady in reception was supportive and helpful. she helped me to arrange a taxi using her own mobile going and coming back as i did not have a local simcard, she was so kind and ready to help all the time i needed help (dont worry sir anytime) this was her all time speech. i forgot her name but sounds like Koatar
