Everything was managed super well, the staff has been very helpful with the tours, the room was well cleaned everyday, and the breakfast was abundant and diverse.

The location is not very central and requires to get a taxi every time. Although Grab app is very handy and cheap. The facility offer free shuttle but it needs to be booked an hour in advance.

Excellent services. Lovely hotel!!

Fantastic hotel. All staff so friendly and helpful. Excellent services for breakfast and room clean. Location between old town and beach. They have shuttle bus take easy go somewhere. High recommend!

The staff were so welcoming as soon as we arrived, especially Lucey, she was so nice. The hotel was lovely, clean and big rooms, they were always on hand to assist. The beds were super compfy! It's not far from the old town and they put on transport, we would highly recommend this stay and will definitely be back, thankyou

Great place to relax and take it slow

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Really liked having a balcony too. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. The hotel was everything we expected and more when it came to the facilities, thr breakfast was also decent, lots of options ti cater everybody!a perfect place for some downtime and relaxation. Really good value for money.

The hotel was approximately a 30 minute walk into the old town. The hotel offered a free shuttle into town, but this was only twice a day(either 9 am or 6pm), and no shuttles back from town from what I gather, (wasn't very clear). Please put on 2 more shuttles atleast as the walk is quite far!. I also booked a double economy room, we ended up with a twin room which they did out the beds together after I asked. However, a double bed would have been a more comfortable option, as I did notice that they had double beds in other rooms (not two beds put together).

The private pool suite was great. We had a fun celebration on Christmas Eve. The rooms are nicely decorated and a decent size. It would be especially nice here in the summer months.

It is a little bit out of town half way between beach and old town. Easy enough to get a grab but not walkable. The Christmas banquet was fun but the food was not great. We also won 2 nights accommodation at the Christmas dinner which was exciting but we were unable to use it as it was only valid for new bookings from the 1st of January so we were I able to use it

Far from old quarter. Most of staff didnt speak English but they were very kind. You hear everything from your neighbors. Not great breakfast.

Devine in every way

Our favourite place to stay in Vietnam for sure. The staff honestly could not do enough for us We literally felt like royalty. The amenities were amazing. Pool sublime. Roof top Pool room and bar was an extra bonus. We can rate this stay high enough. Devine in every way!!! Check in, Breakfast, service, rooms all were 10/10! Hue was particulary amazing giving us a very generous late check out after organising our train tickeys and fancy van transfer
