Excellent location

Loved the hotel, location, breakfast and their service staff. The fact that it has an undercover carpark was very convenient during those 4 very cold and rainy days of our stay.

Excellent property and location but some of the staff were rude and unfriendly whilst just four of them were outstanding - extremely helpful, friendly and very professional...which made up for the lack of personality of the others. Shame...because they are not good for business.

We missed breakfast BUT the coffee in the room was actually really good! Everything was in excellent condition; staff was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be back soon to spend some more time and explore the hotel and area!

Great location but they are lacking basic amenities, such as water for a room!

The location and bed was comfortable

There was no bottles of water in the room. They said I could come down to the lobby and buy. I didnt want to leave the room. I ordered a large bottle of water for room service and it was over $20! This is a palling for a hotel. I tried to plug-in a USB for my phone and could not find an outlet. I looked to plug-in behind the nightstand, and it was extremely dirty.

NOT SAFE BY IN THIS HOTEL

Location

Very noisy at night, can hear everything next to my room, doors are pepper thin. Not SAFE at night be out hallway, people having party till 1am. Security never stop by to say anything at all. Simply not SAFE, was not sleeping all night due to the noise. Never stayed there again.
