Fine for an in-transit stopover.
Good sized bedroom, beds and bathroom. Friendly service. Received essential toiletries from Reception after telling them AA had managed to lose our hold luggage.
No USB charging points in the bedroom. No response to my message about frequency of the proffered shuttle service from and to the airport. Eating facilities very basic.

Flying out of Charlotte? This is a great place for the night before or the night after.
Great hotel close to the airport. Nice and comfy and clean.
