The property was not clean at all both rooms were absolutely filthy being this is a Marriott property I expected it to very clean

A loud, unpleasant and miserable last night stay

I liked the room, beds were comfortable. It was spacious. Sofa was comfortable.Room was clean. Breakfast was good, just wish hotels offered almond or lactose free milk.

The noise was a major problem Friday might. Someone's dog whimpered snf barked all night.! We never heard anybody trying to quiet the dog. It was ridiculous! About 3:30-4:00 in the morning this group of people were talking loudly, laughing, closing doors loudly, no respect for those of us that are trying to sleep that time of night. My 69 year old mother could not get a good night's rest, neither could I. We were not happy about this. We decided to stay in Charlotte another night but found another hotel to stay in.

Rooms are very spacious. They have a fridge and microwave which is a huge benefactor for me. Hotel is very nice!

It was not enjoyable at all from the time I arrived the customer service was not great.

The location was great for my weekend plans.

1.Let quest know that your room cant be leaned after 12:00 noon if you don't let the front desk know. 2. To bring your own supplies , like scissors cause the front desk does not have any. ( I need to cut string) 3. Website says that you have a bar and when we arrived it was no bar open. ( wife's birthday)
