Smile and conversations is a winner!!!

The breakfast was decent. The staff kept closing food stations down and opening the up. Kind of confused. There was no regular tea bags to make but overall the service and friendliness was there.

Very close to the airport (excellent location), clean and well-appointed rooms

Location to the airport; the shuttle was available when we arrived, and it was a quick ride to the airport; within walking distance of a hotel with a restaurant. Was close enough to the airport that we didn't worry very much when we had to take a later shuttle for our morning flight due to the original shuttle time being full.

The front desk staff person was not present upon our arrival, and I had to track her down (she was in the nearby eating area, behind a partially-closed door). There were several of us waiting to check in, so, I'm not sure why she wasn't readily available. It would be nice if they offered meal options in the evening (aside from Uber Eats or Door Dash delivery)...

Disappointing and frustrating

Clean, good breakfast

Location from airport was a bit far. The woman on the evening shift at 7 pm was extremely rude and disrespectful. To the point of wanting to start and have an argument, All this for 170.00 a night. We had booked a room with 2 queens and messaged the property on booking. Com to convey the need for first floor room . Was written out to see clearly in request when booking was confirmed. At arrival only 4th floor rooms were available. Said she could not give a first floor. Said it was our own fault for using a 3rd party site! Etc, etc! Now this is the response upon checkin from a long haul flight of 14 hours and a paying guest with a reservation???? Shameful!!
