Location was nice for our walk to the Shedd.

The room was dirty. The ice bucket was gross. The toilet wasnt cleaned and neither was the tub.

Very good

Convenient location but spare in some things

It was convenient to where I wanted to be. Everyone was very nice

No coffee maker in the room. I spent $500 and the room had no coffee maker. It lacked a comfortable chair to sit in. It had a small chair and the bed. The ticket to park was not fixed and we had trouble in the morning exiting the parking garage

Superb

This Hilton was a great home away from home for our annual winter family getaway!

The location was great for us to walk everyday and not need a vehicle. The room was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We enjoyed the history of the property and the staff was very nice.

When we booked back in September there was no indication that the pool would be closed.

OK but also disapointing.

We liked the room - beds are very confortable. Had a spectacular view on to the lake.

Restaurant was not open for breakfast. A nice restaurant generally missing for this kind of hotel. Before they had a Steakrestaurant; this is all gone. You have to order food via internet and have it delivered. For us a "no go". Hilton also ended having executive floors which we liked very much. Will choose an other hotel for our next visit.

The location, the decoration of public area.

The room is not cleaned on a daily basis. No bottled water in room. Very few coffee/tea facilities, e.g., no cup, no plate, no spoon, only two glasses in all rooms including the restroom. Cannot image how two people can drink and brush teeth with only two glasses.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience at Chicago Hilton. Upon check-in, there was a significant error made by the front desk staff, as I was given a room key to an already occupied room. This not only caused inconvenience due to the need to move around with heavy luggage but also raised serious concerns about the invasion of privacy for the guests in that room. It's unsettling to think that my room could be mistakenly accessed by someone else, posing risks to personal safety and property. Furthermore, when I returned to the front desk to rectify the mistake, the staff member displayed impatience and reluctance to address the issue. She then provided me with a room card for another incorrect room, leading to multiple trips between the lobby and various floors before finally accessing the correct room. This level of inconvenience and the staff's attitude were completely unacceptable. Additionally, when checking out and requesting to store my luggage, the staff showed displeasure, commenting that my 29-inch suitcase was too large. It was only after another staff member intervened that I was able to store my luggage. Regrettably, the Chicago Hilton has been the most disappointing part of my trip to Chicago, and I have no intention of choosing this hotel in the future.

Good but not great.

Didn't experience.

Placed me ,a disabled person, on the 22nd floor with an additional walk down 3 hall ways. I am an amputee and arrived with a cane. I asked upon check in for a lower floor room. Not even close.
