Very nice and classy
Great location. Staff was wonderful. Beds were fantastic.
The water was extremely hot in the sink if the hot water is even slightly on. No free breakfast.

Enjoyed the location & hotel along with amenities but not happy about paying for parking 2x
The location was perfect for walking to 6th street.. the hotel was aesthetically pleasing & comfortable.. the Starbucks & UPS store inside were cool to have.. we enjoyed the hot tub & sauna as well
The parking garage was a bit confusing.. I dont personally feel that hotel guests should have to pay the $48 parking in addition to a room its a little much to be honest and I actually ended up paying double for parking.. I was charged the $48 for hotel guest self pay which was added to the price of my room & when I left the property today I had to pay $51 to get out of the parking garage.. I would like to request a refund for the $51 I had to additionally pay for self parking when I was already charged for parking on my hotel bill. Also I paid $30 more for the room to get breakfast when I showed up there were only eggs & English muffins available to eat.. everything else was gone.. I think $30 is too much to pay if Im not getting an adequate breakfast meal.

Large room, pool, hotel bar area
Paid for breakfast, did not get it, hotel offered no solution. Had to ask for cleaning, why not daily automatic? No own restaurant. Overall, very outdated, both hotel and rooms. Rooms need refurnishing. Overall service level, staff, very poor, uninterested. Not all elevators seem to work,.long waiting times.

I liked the gym. And the taco restaurant down in the lobby. For the price I paid i expected it to be a super nice hotel.
Room could have been cleaner, there was dried liquid splatters on all the doors. Rooms need more sound proofing. I could hear everything out in the hall, even people coughing, grossly. The hot tub was broken, was colder then the pool

Night front desk not very accommodating. Very bare amenities. Pillows stink although pillowcases are new.
