Slightly underwhelmed.

Very good Spa and outdoor pool. Beautiful gardens.

The room wasnt ready when we arrived due to technical problems, and having had lunch, we were then told that the room had been changed to Room 15. We needed to sleep but the room looked almost directly onto the terrace where people were still enjoying Sunday Brunch and consequently very noisy. The noise continued until sundown.

One of the best hotels I have visited!

Such an amazing hotel. Staff were more than accommodating with anything we required, the food was spectacular and our room was huge. Not sure why it only has 3 stars as this is definitely a 5 star hotel. I would recommend anyone staying in Nairobi to try this place at least once, they will not regret it. We had a night flight so they let us have a late check out and were allowed to use the spa facilities to shower and change before our flight.

The room was spacious Clean The staff are very friendly

The hotel knew I had a 4 year old with me and decided to put me in a very far room from the main building on a top floor, which wasn't east for the child. They made me book an extra night even though this was my third stay with them because I had a late flight and a child 4yo. I needed the room to make sure she could sleep before the flight They refused to extend my check out, and I booked the night online because it was a lot cheaper from the rate they offered me. I will definitely try another hotel when I'm back in Nairobi.

Disappointing

Disappointing and will not be going back

Food was good, dinner and breakfast. Liked the staffed buffet better than normal free for all.

General service was terrible. Why only a few sun loungers around a nice pool in a large hotel ? General cleanliness poor.

Great place to relax; good breakfast

I really enjoyed sitting by the pool after my long flight to Nairobi. My room was also lovely and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there were a number of good options to choose from. The hotel overall was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

The price was a bit too high I thought.

Sadly not worth the money

Impressive on first arrival, good selection of food on the menu, comfortable beds, impressive rooms.

just all felt a bit tired, and not quite as put together as youd expect from a hotel at this price point. As always, its the little things - showers that dont quite work properly (bit of a game to guess if itll stay hot or youll get a sudden push of cold water), meagre supplies of shampoos, etc, the butler idea (nice in theory, in practice saw our lady once then never again, seems more of a gimmick), same menu for lunch and dinner. It all just seems a bit tired and resting on its laurels from previous times.
