Good place to stay for long layovers.

The bar is fantastic! They make an excellent Old Fashioned cocktail. The restaurant menu was fine. My husband enjoyed his Vegi burger. The room was quiet and comfortable.

There is a shuttle to the airport - it was terribly crowed the morning we needed it. I called an Uber instead.

Close to the airport clean and well maintained very important has a Shuttle every half an hour to n from JFK airport

No bell boy and a thick carpet in the room passage making it difficult to drag or push the luggage

Exceptional

We stayed on New Years Eve for a concert at UBS Arena. The staff was incredibly kind, professional & helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee in the lobby day & night. Cozy bed & top of the line massive TV, bathroom was beautiful. Excellent location to attend a concert at UBS. Very pleased. We will be back.

Passable

Not worth the money

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The food was not appetising. I was especially disappointed about the breakfast. And I was disappointed that they don't make the bed everyday.

Okay stay, but wouldnt come back.

Great location for layovers. Reception staff were great and kind. The man who picked us up via shuttle to the hotel was great and very kind.

Our room was nice, but could hear everything outside and the rooms next door. Breakfast was a disappointment. I was put off by the man who drove us to the airport via shuttle at 7am, after dropping us off he looked at me and nobody else and asked for money and as I didnt have any cash on me he shouted at me calling me cheap.
