Exceptional

Very convenient to NYC and I'm happy that I made a good choice.

Very nice, clean, modern, and friendly staff. Easy on and off I-95 and only a few minutes from the GWB. Indoor parking with choice of valet or self parking. Elevators stop in the parking levels so if self-parking, you're only steps away when going from your room to the elevator to your vehicle. The parking garage was also very clean.

Its a big hotel with a lot of living rooms and swimming pool and gym, it looks fancy but it doesnt. Room was big and had a lot of space, bed was big and a huge television

Plugs were problematic is difficult to charge your phone. You cannot remove the shower phone is only in one place. The stuff was horrible. In the reception they didnt like to answer a lot of questions and they were not really helpful. On breakfast it was a lady everyday was complaining to me about the way I put my juice, how I make my waffle and absolutely everything. She was behind me all the time and was talking talking unstoppable. Also the breakfast is the same every day repeated, it has scramble eggs, bread, bacon or sausage , waffles, banana, apple and cereals, juice, tea and coffee nothing else. The hotel is far from manhattan. The bus that pass from there is usually full of people. It happens to me to wait in the bus station 2 buses pass and didnt stop because were full of people so you need to wait. Buses are really horrible very old you cannot buy ticket inside. Lyft or Uber cost around 70 dollars to manhattan. For me the transportation was really difficult because the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

Breakfast was just okay.

We didn't appreciate the room service staff knocking repeatedly on our door to see if we had checked out yet or were going to. We've never experienced that before at any hotel we've stayed at.

The bed was comfortable. TV coverage was good.

The coffee was very weak. Breakfast was adequate. No carts for unloading the car and the self-park garage was full (arrived December 25) so we had to haul everything up in multiple trips to the 9th floor. The pool was small.

Superb

Comfortable stay for family trip to NYC

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Interesting that it was two hotels in one but seems to work fine. We were able to get adjoining rooms for our family of 5 which was perfect. Pool was nice. Gym was very nice for a hotel gym. Breakfast ended strictly at 10am (we were closed in a one point, haha) but there was cereal, bagels, and even potatoes available for our vegan family. Rooms were comfortable and the shower was strong. Super easy to grab the bus to the city!

Self parking was a little confusing at first. Had issue with room key but it was fixed relatively quickly.

Enjoyed our family trip here.

Clean hotel, valet parking is a bonus, good transport options to NYC, pretty busy hotel but overall really nice stay.

Breakfast can be a bit more diversified.

Superb

Everything was nice. Except on check out day, the cleaning staff came to our room twice around 830am asking if we are checking out that day & again at 10am checking to see if we are out already!!! Check out time is 12nn. That was annoying since we clearly are gettin ready & it feels like were being rushed to leave.
