Superb

The Hotel was pretty new. We enjoyed the main hall and its facilities. Our two beds room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was SUPERB/awesome. Private bathroom was clean and well organized. Free parking was included.

Lack of smart TV. The air conditioner wasn't silent.

First impression, spot on. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff at check-in was courteous and went above and beyond to make every customer feel welcomed. The breakfast was hot and had different choices to please everyone. I truly enjoyed my stay.

My only complaint was not finding staff when I was ready to check out. I did not have to wait for long, though.

Rude staff!! Nice hotel.

The facility is beautiful and extremely clean.

The staff were honestly the rudest, most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered in my life-long travels. When I was checking in (Im a senior woman) alone, there were 2 clerks and I requested help in removing my suitcase from the trunk of my car to the luggage cart. They both looked at me as much as to say No, and then the man said we do not provide that service. I was angry, finally another custodial man came by and helped me. The experience was so negative and left such a bad taste that I doubt I will ever stay at a Hampton Inn again! And the clerks staffing the front desk didnt greet guests coming and going, a really rude bunch!
