Pleasant

The two ladies that helped with our stay was great, helpful and so accomidating and breakfast was delicious so much to chose from.

A hellish dinner from checkers and water that came out black in the shower the girl gave us another room. The heated pool wasn't but the girl turned the heaters on.

Exceptional

It was my second time at the hotel and it was even better than 7 years ago.

I liked everything. The staff at Front Desk were extremely friendly and fun, all of them. B was so nice she even accepted taking pictures with me. Exceptional staff!

The staff for the weekend were super friendly and amazing.

The rain Friday night, but that couldn't be helped. Oh, the elevator was really slow to get to the floors even when there were no occupants. Really minor annoyance.

Very nice hotel in a prime location walkable to most everything in downtown Raleigh

Josh who checked us in when we arrived super friendly and very informative on local information and downtown restaurants and entertainment. Everything was walkable and hotel and room very nice. Also parking garage right across the street.

Good

I have learned to be more mindful of surroundings BEFORE booking. I would avoid a location like this in the future.

Short walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast was good enough that I didnt need to eat out yet again.

Right next door to a club. It wasnt too bothersome while I was there, but it looked like that was only because the club wasnt using their outdoor space. So it could have been far worse.
