Hotel was outdated, heating system was erratic went from hot to cold - cold to hot-refrigerator did not work, had new refrigerator bought in, it made alot of noise during night. could only get coffee-danish-bagels until 9:30 in the morning and it was Star Bucks Coffee, yuck, had to venture out t for good coffee and breakfast. Pillows were feather ( husband has allergies which bothered his breathing) had to ask for non feather pillows, which they said they had and would replace them .We went out for the evening came back to hotel at 11:00 pm and they did not replace pillows- had to go to front desk to ask for them. Will not be back. Will stay at hotel across the Street. Great Shopping Mall and Wegmans is a great grocery store along with other shops and restaurants.

Disappointing

Very uncomfortable stay at this courtyard property.

Love the location of the property. The facility looked like it tried to be updated for that it is.

The uncomfortable bed and furniture. The price for staying isnt worth uncomfortable furniture on the entire property. Love the balcony but the remodel wasnt up to par.

Lovely hotel in great location falls short.

The location was perfect and the room was spacious and clean.

Having the elevators at the very end of the hall was not the greatest; they should be in the middle of that long hall. Also, we requested, twice, that coffee service be replenished for our second morning there but that didn't happen. Also, free breakfast was once (and still, in most places is) the standard. Sigh.

The Journey

The facility has definitely been updated in recent years. The room was nicely decorated and streamlined, with elegant decor choices. I liked the layout of the room as well. The mattress was extremely comfortable and provided an excellent night's sleep. The A/C's were set at a nice cool temp so we could just relax and unwind in comfort.

The place itself looked very crisp and clean. There were just a few small items that could have been a little better. I wish the fingerprints had been removed from the glass doors in the room. I also wish resturaunt hours had been a little more conducive to our schedule, so we could have eaten on premises before going to the concert we were there for. Maybe another time.
