The service at this hotel was great and check-in/out was seamless. The rooms were clean and neat, but some guests found the pillows uncomfortable. The hotel is located near the airport, but the noise (Read More) from airplanes didn't disturb sleep. Water pressure in the shower was low. The breakfast had both hot and cold food, but some items were not fresh, leading some guests to go elsewhere for breakfast. Overall, it's a good option for a one-night stay but may not be ideal for longer stays. The hotel is well-maintained, with immaculate rooms and a safe location. The breakfast is well-stocked and the staff does a great job keeping the space clean. The hotel is walkable with sidewalks nearby. Some guests had issues with the freshness of the sheets and pillows. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a shuttle service. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and modern. The bed and amenities are comfortable. Good Hotel near the airport OK breakfast.

Property was to expectations for a Hampton. Good size room, great customer service. Good shower, but no handheld device. Great lobby with fireplace. Downside, tv in lobby on cnn with no way to change it. We were only ones there. That sucked. Breakfast was ok for our taste, after many trips to Europe, no comparison. They shuttle they use is from Embassy suites sister hotels does not run past midnight. Uber was an issue 2 PM on December 27. It is what it is just information. On the map the property is next to the airport but it takes 15 minutes driving due to the highway design. Not not 5 min. Was concerned about noise near the airport. Not a problem, was quiet room 412.

Breakfast 5/10. Runny eggs without taste a little bit spicy. Potatoes spicy. Not enough fruits only banana apples and some oranges. I understand December.

Quiet stay near airport.

Near airport quiet Breakfast was good. Not great. Eggs runny. Potatos spicy.

They dont have their own shuttle service they use embassy next door. You have to schedule it. Doesnt not run after midnight. Uber is 25-30 at night

It was clean,good location, and it was quiet

Shower lacked pressure, pillows were huge so it was super uncomfortable, and the breakfast was bad we went out to eat breakfast instead the cheese in the omelets were sour must of went bad also the potatoes were dry and not fresh.

Clean, modern & nicely decorated hotel

The breakfast was good but I like individually packaged foods in a self serving establishment. The hotel was very clean and smelled like freshly baked cookies which was very inviting! The lobby and breakfast area were nicely decorated. Very modern and pretty.

The shuttle was not at the airport to meet me. I couldnt easily get the phone number to the Hampton Inn & Suites Airport location. I texted my flight arrival time after booking my stay at this hotel. When I finally got picked up, the front desk clerk told me that I had to call the hotel to tell them that I needed to be picked up. That clerk also told me I had to use my credit card to put $40.00 on an amenities hold before I could be checked into the hotel. I had already paid in full online for my room and nothing was mentioned about an amenities payment being necessary. I was assured that it will not be charged to my credit card. Im going to make sure by looking at my next statement balance. That was unnecessary added stress upon arriving, ready for a relaxing end to day of traveling. The night and early morning desk clerks and shuttle drivers were very professional and friendly!

Very peaceful, convenient location. Very close to Brier Creek Commons, full of stores and restaurants. Will be using this location in the future

Not necessarily about the property itself but our rooms shower head had no pressure whatsoever, was really hoping and looking forward to using the different settings of the shower head but none of them worked. Was bummed about that
