We had a great time going to the hurricanes game and the stay at the hotel was wonderful especially the staff.

A five storied heaven in Raleigh Durham

Perfect stay. Rooms are spacious and clean, nice pool as advertised, great breakfast and above all very helpful staff. The decorum and public areas are exceptional.

The room was nice and in a good location.

Went to take a shower that evening and the water was cold and never reached temperature.

Disappointed. Have stayed at this property before and this visit was below satisfactory.

Location

1) TV would NOT work. Called front desk for assistance and they could not help. Therefore never able to watch TV in the room 2) no hot water for shower. Even after water ran for 10+ minutes, it never was hot. Luke warm at best. 3) very weak water pressure in shower.
