We really do not like the policy of not being able to book a room for locals. Our house was full of out of town guests and we needed the room for my son convenient to his work. I really did not like having to argue our way into being able to pay for a hotel room.

Everything was fine but the deposit.

The deposit is 25 dollars which is the best in Raleigh but... I dont understand how it works. I NEVER even see my deposits going back in my bank card. Also they'll take the 25 off in the total then turn right around and take it off again and say it's a hold. I thought a hold will still keep your money in your account. I'm just saying if the deposit is 50...just say that.

I stay here every few weeks for 2 weeks for work travel. It is like my second home. I know I am safe and will be comfort

The staff are very friendly and will figure out any issue you may have. The ladies at front desk are fantastic.

Quiet clean rooms, no shenanigans going on, great breakfast!

Good for a quick stop on a road trip and thats it

The staff was very friendly and helpful

Drunk people yelling in the hallway at 3 am The room had been straightened but was not clean. There were hairs in the bathtub, hair on the bathroom floor, used towels under the vanity, hair on the comforter.

Price different than booking

The hotel charge me a different price than booking. Like $25 dollars more. Was already late of the night and I was too tired to argue. That's not the first time this happens.
