Location

Broken elevators. Only one worked intermittently. Had to use stairs to go to/from 11th floor room. NOT PLEASANT!!

Staff are nice. Cleanness is acceptable. Breakfast is fine. Location is good.

Elevator needs to be improved. Lobby is small. More space for breakfast needed. Lots of noise at night from other rooms and hallway.

Underwhelming in every aspect, expected a different story based on the reviews

Good: Pool is deep on one end, although it's not too long and there's no hot tub. Not much else I can say was good.

Bad: No internet whole day on 1 out of 3 days!! Customer service ignores guest requests (never responded to questions I made when booking). There was CONSTRUCTION NOISE multiple days even at 7 AM as well as SIRENS throughout the day AND NIGHT. Breakfast is ranked as "good breakfast". It was basic (typically eggs and waffle- long line, no veggies). Cleanliness in the room was ok-ish but the hot water canister for tea had dome nasty brown solid debris of half inch fall into my cup when I poured the water. Nasty. Floating band aid and small debris in the pool too. Area around the hotel is not great for security. Overall very poor ranking. Would not stay here again nor recommend to friends and family.

The staff was helpful, the rooms are nice, and breakfast was convenient and available from 7a-10am.

We loved the stay but the elevators need repair or replacement. I took the stairs (3) times because the elevator stopped between floors; one ride it stopped twice. I avoided the elevator going down a few times but had to ride it up because access going up the stairs wasnt an option plus we were on the 8th floor. It was a scary and brief inconvenience but overall the stay was great.

Big room!

Breakfast is one of the worst that I have ever seen! Boiled eggs frozen, not variety! The elevators were broken and you had to wait couple of minutes to go down and up!

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast. Excellent central location within walking distance to all of the attractions that we visited within downtown Chicago and the trains to get you to and from the airport.

There was a dog in one of the other rooms on our floor that kept barking well past midnight and early in the morning which disturbed our sleep. We didn't receive any housekeeping for the 3 nights that we stayed. Long lines for the breakfast waffle maker. Very slow elevators though they are working on improving this shortly.
