Good option, just needs updated

I think this was the best hotel in the area, but it wasn't the best.

It's older and could use some updating.

Very good

The room size, room amenities. The gym had everything I needed. General Facilities were always clean. This facility has some of the most professional, helpful, and kind people. The facility was quiet. I got great sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Having such a variety of pillow types was a plus. It was great having access to a refrigerator, freezer, and water heater/coffee pot.

Breakfast options were extremely basic, a la carte. This is not the place for breakfast. But the facilities made up for the poor breakfast options.

Love that it's close to restaurants and shopping.Close to our Son and Family's home.Friendly staff. The fact that they still serve breakfast.

Wish it was a way for staff to communicate with housekeeping on what rooms need to be cleaned, that way they won't knock on doors early morning...Anoying if you stay more that one night.

Disappointing

Do not stay here.

Really hard to find something we like. The only thing I can say that is good is that the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was a joke. The staff at the front desk was having a convo on her cell while helping us. The cleaning lady was having a loud call on HER cell while cleaning early morning, up and down the halls. Do not stay here. What a waste. Shower was weak and no hot water. TV was a joke. The heat wasnt working properly. The coffee was disgusting.

It was convenient to the location of my daughter soccer games. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also breakfast was a hit I never seen so many people getting breakfast Sunday morning

Very nice clean and comfortable

Cleanliness and staff very polite. Had a problem with lock not working and lady at desk did not brush me off she address the problem very prompt and professional staff.
