Lovey. Would definitely return.

Beautiful grounds, well kept and pleasant l. The staff were all so nice and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was good and service was great.

Insulation between floors is lacking. The room above us you could hear everything.

Our 40th wedding anniversary.

Everything. Our morning waitress, Mary, was sensational.

The price. Doubled from the normal rate. It was the holiday and we knew going into the visit. Still doesnt change the scenario.

I absolutely loved my stay! Property is unique and beautiful and the staff is very friendly and easy to talk to

Beautiful and trails close by. The rooms were very nice(good view and nice decor and setup).

Parking when I moved to a different room in the 80's.

Location, views, pools, ambiance, The Grill and pools staff

1 out of 2 front desk staff really not supportive. Got wrong information about breakfast availability and timing for Thanksgiving day. Grill restaurant, so, so. Room windows poorly insulated, noise and cold coming through. Sofa bed not comfortable, plastic making noise at every movement. Dog barking from adjacent room (not an hotel fault, more owners rudeness) because of a poorly insulated room.

Very good

We did have a nice experience due to the ADA room. It did make a big difference in our comfort.

The room was excellent for me. I was able to use my mobility scooter and take a safe shower!

The buffet was not so great and we were put in a rather dark room.

As a place we found if so restful but a short drive from so many places to explore.

This was our first night in Arizona (from England). We loved it, after a long journey the view was restful, there are multiple pools so you can watch the sun set and rise from the water. If feels like the hotel has thought of everything, there's different spaces to relax in, food can be ordered almost anywhere. The staff were really friendly - gave great tips on what to do locally as we sat enjoying cocktails listening to live music. Would stay again and again.
