Friendly staff and clean room, however amenities need updating.

Breakfast was good and the lady who served it very nice. I don't know her name. Kitchen/room was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Toilets didn't flush very well. Was concerned about the door. Had to slam it when we left to make sure it latched. Made me uncomfortable at night, especially with someone sleeping on the pullout couch. Water from taps tasted horrible. Only good drinking water was the filtered water in the fitness center.

Very spacious and quiet. Easy access to all locations.

There wasnt enough food/coffee for us when we arrived for breakfast around 730 through 9am. On Christmas Day, we had been told it was a pick up and go breakfast but they offered a sit in breakfast only. When we inquired about the pick up breakfast, the girl at the front had a bad attitude.

Front desk was very kind and helpful.

The place is run down and is a long term stay facility. Very shady people staying there. Myself and my family felt very unsafe there and did not stay even one night.

Horrible customer service at front desk.

Nothing, I never got the chance to stay.

Horrible customer service at the front desk. I booked online at 11pm and once I arrived at the facilities at 12am, the front desk gave my room away even though my booking says confirmed on the booking.com app. They told me there is no more rooms available. Very inconvenient especially for this time of night when all I want to do is fall asleep! This has never happened to me before and I am very upset! Horrible place and not accommodating whatsoever!

Good place for the price, nothing super fancy but enough maybe just pay more attention to details.

The person that helped me at check in was great she was very nice and helpful. The rooms are large and it was quiet.

I did not have enough towels and the bed wasnt made properly.. I had no real sheets and one of them was dirty so I took it off of the bed and just slept without it. The tv looked like it was going out because it has several black lines down the screen which made it not the best to watch. I wasnt given a privacy please door sign and they kept on trying to come in my room while I was sleeping but had the lock on it so they couldnt get in.. I was leaving right at check out and then cleaning lady was a little rude and was rushing me out and staring at me getting my stuff and watching me take it to the car.
