Exceeded our expectations entirely! The property is lovely, as were the buildings and room! We are hoping to come back to Tucson and will most definitely plan to stay here again

other than the above mentioned it was marvelous.

We arrived late and after checking in we were told to go out and find our room. It was dark We got horribly lost and almost fell because it was so dark and paths were hard to see. We almost fell in pool. We are seniors. We had said ahead of time we were a late arrival. We should have been told to wait till someone could come with a vehicle to ride us to our room or walk us.

Mostly disappointing and frustrating but has potential.

We were in the back of the resort, ground floor, looking at nothing, really. The desert area in front of the room impressed as somewhat neglected, just dirt for the most part. A coffee cup from a previous guest sat on a rock in the front yard throughout our stay. They used the walk-way on the side of the room to park their maintenance/golf carts overnight, one behind the other (3 of them) so that we had to walk around onto the dirt, which was wet one of the nights, to get through. The water pressure in the shower was pitiful, not because they want to save water but because the sink in the shower leaks half the water that's supposed to come out from the shower head. Whoever cleans the room doesn't bother to report it or maintenance doesn't bother to fix it. The place obviously has potential but I think it's poorly managed.

Nice location but this is definitely NOT a four star resort.

The location was nice and scenic.

Distant and unwelcoming front desk staff. Dirty room and moldy baseboards in bathroom. A non-working phone in the room and paper thin walls allowing for other patrons steps, cough, etc. to be heard throughout the night.
