Fantastic hotel, Very friendly helpful staff. Stunning views and great location

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Had great facilities available and very friendly staff. Particularly liked the welcome drink and food. Beautiful pool area. Loved the fire pits being lit of an evening

The "quiet" pool became a bit noisy at times with some young people talking and swearing, businessman talking loudly on his phone and another guest putting music loud on their mobile phones. Would suggest staff check in with the "quiet" pool at times.

Good option near San Diego

I like its location across LEGOLAND. We stayed in a 2bd2ba which was perfect for our group. Our room was near an elevator and family pool.

Only two down sides to trip was the loud family above us that didnt let us sleep good and lack of coffee/snacks bar. It was an easy drive to Starbucks but it would have been so much more convenient to be able to grab a latte at the property to enjoy while kids took a late swim. Instead I had to load up the gang to get coffee and a bite for after their swim.

Best trip ever....

The room was super clean, and I enjoyed all the amenities that were provided.

I loved that Lego land was right across the street, so there was no need to pay for parking, as well that all food and shopping was literally a 4 min drive away.

Very disappointed. Weve stayed at this place before. Never had a bad experience up until now. Will never go there again

The room was crappy. The bathroom door was broken and there was blood stains on bathroom sink faucet. Sticky floors in common area.

Lovely staycation would stay again

The room was very spacious, clean, and stocked with kitchen tools

There were fruit flies coming from the drain, the feather pillows are an allergy issue

We had a wonderful trip!

We loved the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff. Although check-in wasnt until 4 PM, they were able to accommodate our early arrival.
