Beautiful, safe property with excellent available staff.

Excellent location. The room was outdated but all the staff were exceptional.

Calm and safe.

Felt safe, felt like home.

They couldnt check me in until 5:00 which at a high end expensive hotel its frustrating. Also check out is 10:00, that is early.

beautiful property. flowers were gorgeous. Miguel one thing f the concierge team members was amazing.

bar/restaurant beside the pool. we sat there for a drink and bite to eat. it was quiet but no one came near us. we entered from the pool area. I went to one last one of the female waiting staff and she said I needed to go check in and when I did, it was her who checked me in and she said that sometimes people just sat there to relax so they didnt tend to ask them if they wanted food or anything which I found really strange for a 5 star hotel. in general we felt like an inconvenience. she had long brown hair and glasses. I noticed later she was one of the waiting staff to leave and sign ask the table beside us to close out and open up a new tab with another waiter. as a European I find this really inappropriate because the staff should not be relying on tips, they should be paid a wage that does not mean that it falls on the customer to subsidize poor pay.

decent location but expect better from a Four Seasons Hotel - no food at 7pm terrible also the Park Hyatt far more super

great location

very poor services for food. we arrived to at 7pm and wanted to eat and although the restaurant was 10% full we were told that we couldnt eat in the restaurant due to staff shortages. very poor service

Not worth it

The staff was very nice and rooms are spacious

The bed sunk in very bad to the point my husbands said he was going to sleep on the floor. They added a mattress topper which helped, not much. End of the trip husband said worst bed he ever slept in and he slept at some $50 motels before. We also ordered in room dining, pasta was horrible, over cooked. We barely ate it. sent feedback. Also if the room is near the pond, 5:30am this obnoxious bird chirps for about 30mins so if you have kids beware, told them about this too did not say anything about it. Not coming back. We will try Omni next time.

Restaurant was very average. Food was average. Disappointing. Hire a great chef to create an exciting menu and it will be a real Four Seasons experience
