Very very convenient location near Lego land with reasonably price room for family

Front desk was helpful! Able to access to hot water for tea and for those with baby this will be a must have too

Convenient and comfortable place to stay for visiting relatives in Carlsbad.

Comfortable bed and linens, nightime cookies, variety of items for breakfast, pretty Christmas decorations Polo restaurant next door Happy Hour convenient and good!

very busy breakfast room with many kids scurrying around, however staff was great at tidying and resupplying behind the chaos.

Clean, comfortable and good location. Checked all the boxes

The Lobby area was beautiful. There was plentiful parking and easy access to our room from a few different entrances. We literally slept in the hotel but spent all waking hours at the nearby home of a family member. Check-in was quick and easy. We were helped by a young woman who was friendly and professional. We would stay at this property again.

The room was pleasantly styled but somewhat dated. I prefer a sink area separate from the toilet and shower, but its not a deal breaker.

Clean, excellent breakfast service, friendly staff, comfortable bed & linens

Wayyyy too much carpet deodorant in the lobby & halls. Gag! Had to wear a mask in all common areas. Thankfully, the powder was not used in the suites.

Spent the weekend here for our anniversary and was not disappointed! The place is beautiful!

A very clean and quiet place in a great location. It felt as if we were in Hawaii or something! The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have had a better experience. Based off other reviews I was a bit worried about the noise of the train and the Wifi issues but neither were an issue on our stay. We heard the train once the whole weekend and it was a quick pass through. And for the Wifi we were able to use it without an issue the whole weekend, actually worked well. Would definitely book again here!
