Breakfast is better than I expected, I don't really eat much Asian Breakfast before but now I really into it good location since it's nearby the beach

For A$300 for 4 nights, it was suitable and good location

Good location with restaurants close by. Room was good for the cost.

Staff were the worst from our 5 hotels in Vietnam. Facilities are old. Power covers missing. Pool tiles missing and lose. AC didn't work correctly. Bathroom blind had sticky tape for stopper and didn't go back up. Breakfast was basic and lower quality.

Breakfast menu should include meals without ham or pork so people can enjoy who doesnt eat pork. Almost all items had pork so wasnt able to eat most items. Staff should speak better english and able to explain customer ask.

Pleasant stay near beachside in an average hotel

- Situated just minutes to Mykhe beach.. wonderful location - Nearby have a lot of eating places and restaurants - Rooftop pool lobby although very small is amazing, can see nice relaxing view of the entire sea along with cloudy foggy mountains and lady buddha - Room was decent and comfy although cleanliness wise a bit ok - Was in a junior suite and the towels smelt .. however bathtub was pleasant for the kids - Breakfast spread is good, mostly local dishes and few western continental dishes too, have vegetarian options too

- Pool is 2 floors above the last floor till where lift goes, hence you need to take stairs to the rooftop - Breakfast is also on 12th or 14th floor, however when we entered the buffet restaurant it was really smelly - Receptionist does not understand english at all, had to use google translate which was annoying - Do not purchase their tour packages, half the time they dont know about whether it will cancel or min person limit or even itinerary. Mine was cancelled 3 times, and i ended up booking on Klook in the last minute - Sun sets before 6 pm and rise before 6 am .. very annoying

The bedding and towel is not clean enough. the rack to put shower gel and shampoo is broken, we need to put them on the floor to use. the curtain of the bathroom is broken.

Good location.

Unfortunately there was a lot that didnt go well. The photos online vs in reality were very different. The pool- there was no barrier between the edge of the pool and the edge of the building... not safe at all. It looked like no one had been up there for a long time. Bar was not open (even though it was advertised), no towels, the beds had no cushions (which were tucked away behind the bar). The Spa- this was also advertised but no one was there... The shower- there was no glass on the side of the shower bath, so water went everywhere.... the water would also pool on the side of the bath and it would run onto the floor like a waterfall. There was water everywhere, it was a safety hazard. We would put our bath towels down to make sure the water wouldnt spread. The water meant that there was mold everywhere in the bathroom- it was not pleasent to shower in there. There were times when housekeeping didnt clean our room so we had no clean or dry towels, or bottled water. The breakfast- it was okay, nothing special. It was pretty much the same food everyday. The bed- wasnt very comfy, and the noise was very loud. Overall we paid not much, but we were dissapointed with what we got considering a lot was advertised but it was not delivered. Update your photos... it would make a massive difference.
