Very bad experience

Nothing except the location.

The way they spoke its like I am begging them and they spoke to me like I am begger from street. They called me at 12:15 and said I have to leave now the hotel and late check out is not possible but actually the check in guy confirmed to me 3pm check out. by mistake the coffee glass felt on the side / corner bed which I ordered from room dining. Coffee is very easy to be removed and few days the same happened in Ciragan Palace kempinsky. Ciragan Palace kempinsky which is a 5 star hotel and BEST hotel in Istanbul they charged me nothing and said its coffee and they can remove it easily. This hotel charged me 1000 TL. Very very rude people. I suggest to remove them from booking.com completely!

They asked about 40 pounds for a bottle of water! Because of my business Im in travel most of the year, but never ever had this experience to pay for a bottle of water in 5stars hotel. Anyway its very nice view hotel, but its a 3stars hotel not 5
