Nice hotel, great staff

breakfast was good, staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location and close to Picadilly Line .

Room was way too small. Breakfast closed too early.

Overall a comfortable stay. The hotel is located in a central but quiet location, less than 10 minutes walk from Russell

Quiet and cosy, with a nice breakfast.

No lifts and staff were unable to help assist with carrying cases up the narrow staircases. Water pressure in showers wasnt great.

great location. Clean, good breakfast. Overpriced for such a small room

Less than 10 mins from Euston Station in a very nice location on a quiet street I requested a soft mattress and it completely met my needs

The room was tiny for the price The door lock was quite tricky (mentioned to staff on checkout The room definitely needed an expel air because it was such a small room There was a really bad lip between the room and bathroom which I tripped up on so I placed a towel across the space so that it didnt happen again (very dangerous!) Photo below I wasnt able to switch the overnight lamp off and had to loosen the bulb I booked this hotel as it was advertised as being in Camden but it took me 40 mins to walk there. If I had looked in more detail I would have seen in the description that this was the case
