Overall beautiful and clean hotel and good value

Rooms very spacious and clean. Great outside views

Restaurant is poorly manned. We waited and there was no staff on duty yet it was meant to be open and operational and we ended up leaving to go fond dinner from surrounding restaurants

Friendly welcoming staff, clean room & toilet, secured parking. .. very accessible to everything you need, everything is just a walking distance. Thank you for the complimentary gift ( a bottle of wine) on New Years eve

Over all good house keeping was good .

There was little errors. One order was very limited, room service. Food was ok. Would have loved full breakfast for room service like buffet. With juice and everything

Poor

Their was no greeting at the front of house while checking in or checking out. Also, I was not told earlier that I need to pay deposit and when I paid the deposit, I was told that I will be getting my deposit back when I check out. But it didn't happen and it's been 9 days I still hasn't got my deposit back which is completely unfair.
