Not good if we see the name not value for money

Nothing except Breakfast

Nobody came to take the luggage and we got rooms at higher floor and rooms were very small and we hv to tow our luggage on the carpet all by ourselves which was very difficult and food in the room service is hell expensive

Fantastic overnight stay managed to get in some sightseeing and shopping.

The room was amazing and the location perfect. The free shuttle bus to the local shopping and sight seeing was fantastic.

Good Hotel to explore the surrounding and go to the Airport

Well located Hotel near the Airport and attractions. We travelled around for two days and then went to the Airport with Hotel Shuttle.

Overall a pretty good stay, good for if you just want to find a place to sleep.

The bed is very comfortable and they have 24hr room service. Although we didn't order room service, they also have vending machines downstairs in the lobby where you can get some snacks and some drinks. The cleaning staff are very friendly and greet you every time they walk past.

The shuttle bus area wasn't really clear so we ended up missing it, it would have been nice for the staff to prep us in advance when checking in. Some of the USB ports weren't very powerful so luckily I had my travel adapter. There are lack of facilities, no swimming pool or gym, but not sure if you are allowed to use the facilities in the other Sheraton which is next door.

Reasonable price

Dusty on switch, power outlet, scratch marks on metal shelves. Cockroach found in room. Mould build up in toilet sink. Room service team is not doing a great job and switch my conditioner to body wash. Chatting very loudly while working. Not sustainable, change my razor and toothbrush everyday.
