Rich variety of breakfast. Good customer service.

Just something to be aware, not necessarily something that we didnt like. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes walk getting to the center.

"Riverside Bliss: A Spectacular Stay with Stunning Views, Comfortable Rooms, and Exceptional Service

The location was great, on the Han River. I had a great view of the dragon bridge. The room was superb, great size, with one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in. The food in the restaurant for my breakfast was really good, although I didn't get the chance to sample all that was available to me. Most of all, the staff were so friendly and they will help you with anything you ask of them.

People who is city goers can stay in here .

Close to the center of Da Nang , and very quiet around ! Safe to walk at night ! Facilities are good and breakfast is good too :) Recommended if you are a city goers .

Would stay again

This was probably the best value for money hotel that I have stayed in. The property was 15 minutes from the dragon bridge which had a lot of things to do and many small restaurants on the back street. Staff were lovely.

It was a pleasant and memorable stay

The view from the room was fantastic. The staff was good. However language was a bit of a problem. The swimming pool was small, but the view from the pool was terrific.

- clean and comfortable rooms. - outstanding views of the city, river, and the Dragon Bridge from the room and balcony. - outstanding views from the roof-top infinity pool. - Good breakfast spread - friendly and helpful staff (especially the young man at the lobby who went above and beyond to help me).

We're excited to come back to Da Nang because Fivitel took good care of us!

We received the particular room that we requested for. We were IN LOVE with the view as it shows you the river and the Dragon Bridge as well as a faint view of the Outdoor Lady Pagoda! A 180 degree room with balcony that was absolutely worth it! We're coming back for the 360 degree rooftop views alone! The buffet breakfast was one of our favorite as they really try to accommodate all types of food. We had to reconsider sleeping in every morning because the breakfast was too good!

Although the shower temperature and pressure were great and great bench seating in the shower stall, the bench and door design unfortunately floods the outside floor with water every time it's being used. We had to ask for extra towels just so it wouldn't be too slippery when we came out. The walk up (and down) to the pool/gym should really be communicated VERY well as each step is very steep. Getting to the showers is also a little awkward as you have to cross the bar from the pool.
