A friendly comfortable hotel in a superb location.

The location of the hotel was superb and within 5 minutes walk of the Novello Theatre. Reception was small but very welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel decor was lovely and the rooms comfortable although a little on the small side. The bottles of water were a nice touch, the biscuits and toiletries plus the desk. The beds were extremely comfortable the rooms very clean.

We had to go downstairs to our bathroom - not a problem for us but some guests may struggle with this. The temperature in our room was a little variable and the window didn't remain open to allow fresh air.

Exceptional

Great location! The Opera House is literally just around the corner. Short walk to the tube. Many places are within walkable distance including theatres so theres no worry about getting transport back at night after a show. The room I stayed in was clean and very cosy and homely. Just nice for one person. The staff were really helpful and friendly too. On the last day, there was difficulty getting a cab to the airport but the hotel staff tried really hard to help me get one. Thank you so much. Will definitely stay here again when I visit London!

Great location to get around on foot and warm and cosy after a busy day!

Great location, warm, clean and everything you need, with friendly staff!

Nothing really but if any improvements; hairdryer would be good, and maybe a small fridge!

The temperature of the room was too hot, it had under floor heating which was lovely but wasnt easily adjusted & during the night, the AC all of a sudden made an awful grinding noise waking us up a few times, which was disappointing

Location, staff and cleanliness was faultless however I had an awful night sleep.

Staff pleasant and gracious. Everything and everywhere exceptionally clean.

Room 3. No bedside tables. Street lamp outside window and was on all night and no black out blind so very light in room. Bed mattress was very firm, uncomfortable, and sloped downwards from right to left.

Amazing location needs some TLC

Amazing location and nice staff.

We stayed in an apartment which is great for a small family but it needs updating or some TLC. If either are carried out this would be a gem of a place to stay.
