Stay at Ellington Homestay, Cherrapunji

View from the property is good. Market is very close to it. Close to many view points.

Utensils were not clean. We had to clean them before using. Garbage and trash (probably of last many days) were kept just outside the bedroom. Foul smell was coming inside. TV was not working. Parking is said to be reserved but it's not so. We had to argue with people to park our car. There was no water in the overhead tank. No one came even after repeated request. Even for the bill at the time of checking out, we had to phone them repeatedly and finally after many attempts we got a bill in my WhatsApp. They are just making money and least bothered about the guests. I won't recommend them to anyone. Very very disappointed.

Fantastic experience

It was a fantastic experience. This homestay is one of the best in cherapunjee. It's a full apartment with all your needs. I will happily recommend it to everyone.
