A wonderful welcome to 2024

Best way to start 2024!! Everything was amazing, from the nice and cosy room to the pool. Special mention to the staff, that was always with a smile and ready to assist. Kunthea(Nina) was our waiter during our stay, she was the best! Thank you all for such a memorable stay

Fantastic little hotel

A successful short trip all round. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and can recommend it without reservation. From the welcome to the farewell, we felt very comfortable. Also thanks to the staff, and we would especially like to thank Lilly. She took care of everything quickly and was a very pleasant and competent contact person at the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful. We ate dinner at the hotel every day, simply because it was very tasty and attractively prepared. We had booked a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and everything went as agreed. We used a tuktuk for our excursion. The best way to visit the temples. The hotel is a little out of the way, but we found this to be a positive thing. The hotel offers a free shuttle service by tuktuk to the night market and the center of Siem Reap every day from 5 pm. We had a fantastic room with private pool access. Everything is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. I can also highly recommend the massage at the hotel. We have traveled a lot and have seen many hotels around the world. This was one of the hotels where I had tears in my eyes when we said goodbye. THANK YOU to EVERYONE at this magical hotel - it was an honor to be your guests.

Outstanding experience in Siem Reap. Thank you!

The staff really did the extra mile to make our stay memorable. The service was excellent and they even surprised us with a dinner invitation on our last night. The dinner was delicious. The pool is another highlight, in a specific angle it is ~35 meters long so if you enjoy doing lanes it is possible here. Breakfast had everything you needed to get started for a busy visiting day! Its located on the terrasse area which is by the pool and has great atmosphere.

Some hotels arrange airport shuttles for free, it wasnt the case here. Not a massive issue (a tuktuk is around $15)

I loved the pool side room. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. I loved staying at the hotel. It was really soothing and relaxing after a hectic day of roaming around.

Amazing

The best of best hotel ever I've experienced. Great hospitality. Absolutely recommended. The level of staff is very high. The food was also very delicious. When I consult with them about anything, they are kind and helpful, and their standards are really high, especially male manager was so nice guy. Downtown is also less than 5 minutes away, and tuktuks for round trips are readily arranged, so getting around is no problem. Because it's bit bit far from downtown, it's also quiet and nice atmosphere.

The facilities are amazing, it is super confortable, the bed, the pillows, having the pool. Moreover the staff its incredible, Jasmine was always helping and answering our questions. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel, we will come back for sure. One more thing, the hotel offers a shuttle to the city center which it is really convenient
