Convenient location near the airport

We liked the breakfast and the proximity to the hotel. They have a 24/7 reception so it was easy to check in even at 1am. The pool and the gym looked nice even if we didnt use them.

We didnt like the fact that we got two single beds when we booked for a king sized bed. We werent even informed before the check in, we just found out when we got into the room at 1 in the morning, too exhausted after a 18hour journey to ask for a swap. Two of the towels were stained which made me wonder if they were clean at all. Check out was not smooth at all. Despite our requests to speed up the process (we had a train to catch and the taxi outside the hotel ready to go) they held us there at reception for over 15 mins as they had to check if we had taken anything for the room.

I came here late at midnight. The guy name Bao at front desk was helped me a lot. He offer for me a spacious room with huge bed and show me some information about Danang at night time. Thank you so much for your friendly and enthusiasm.
