worth the prices . lovely staff

in the heart of the city, so nearby to all hotspots. All kind of stores are available as Ooty market is near by Inspite of being near the city its not noisy its quite and cozy. Value for money. with enclosed basement parking lot. Also they have a in house kitchen. food feels like home cooked food and tastes yummy!!! 1. clean sheets 2. Good food 3. Very kind and friendly staff 4. clean bathroom and cosy rooms 5. basement parking 6. value for money

Disappointing

Dissappointed. Waste of money. Bad service.

Only this I was happy with was the taste of the food.

Terrible room service. Toiletries are not provided unless you ask. The photos of the property posted are tricked to make the room look spacious. Bedsheets, blankets and bath towels had lot of stains over them. Had to call up the reception multiple times to get something. I waited for 12 hours to get a Toothpaste. I found cockroach in room and bathroom. Totally unworthy for the price of 6100 Rs. That I paid for 2 people for 1 night.
