Very good

The garden and swimming pool are nice. Friendly and helpful staff.

The interior is a little bit outdated and not cozy, however the little garden and the facility itself is well maintained. The beach is quite far away so you need to use a shuttle or your own car to get there.

Enjoyable.

Staff at the bar and restaurant were lovely and the bungalows were very nice. Good breakfast each morning.

Location is a bit out of the way and no entertainment in the bar area at night over the Christmas period.

Needs renovation to excel again

Very nice pool and location. Good omelette and fresh juice for breakfast.

The rooms need renovation, all plastic such as chair and toilet ring are worn out. Everything has become old, not the standard you would expect for a 4 star hotel. But for the price it was ok.

Bad Internet, old interior facility and far away from bench and commercial areas

The organization of the suites is very good, centering around the swimming pool and dining areas. The staffs are frinedly and helpful. There is plenty of spaces for sun bath and relaxing.

The first problem was the Internet connection, which was 50% of chance not accessible to the Internet or with very low bandwidth. During our stay, the Internnet usually did not work in the evening and during the night. The interior facility is a bit old and not well maintained. Cabinets and doors were broken and not in good shape. Safety box needs extra payment even, which was quite surprising. For swimming towels, they have to be paid additionally as well. The whole area is far from the bench. Surrounding areas are rural, there is basically no commercial area at all (e.g., big supermarket, restaurants and so on).

Clean rooms, serviced daily with new towels Good breakfast Big pool with plenty of sun beds Friendly team Shop directly opposite the resort Gym with all the necessary equipment

Terraces in the third row bungalows dont get sun during the day - best opt for first or second rows Breakfast can get very busy, recommend to go early No tea/coffee making facilities in the room

All was green and clean, personal very helpful and smiling

The only negative thing was that when having a dinner, you are not allowed to have a glass of water. ( I ordered and paid for wine and/or beer) but sometimes you need a sip of water when you come from beach and go directly to dinner. The personal always came to my table and informed (with akward smile and apologies) that when wearing a red wrist-band (half-pension) you are not allowed to have a glass of water. That was the absolutely only one negative thing, the remaining 99% were great.

Good

Overall my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The pool was lovely to sit around but in turn was feeezing cold.

It was clean and the staff were friendly. Always had a smile and always spoke to you.

The rooms could do with updating, the TV didnt work and I couldnt get any channels. There wasnt a kettle or anything to make a drink. The door to get in didnt close properly when you closed it, you had to wait and then really push it closed. Also the shower basin was level and would then flood the bathroom.
