Good breakfast, great gala dinner for X-Mas and New Year, good yoga and core etc classes, very clean rooms, friendiness of the cleaning staff and restaurant staff. Nice to have a bookshelf to leave and take books in different languages, also in Finnish.

Very weak pressure in shower (in the end of the six floor), it took long time to get wet/ to clean the soap. The reception staff roles were very divided, and created a feeling that a person entering a hotel without any queues is still in a wrong queue.: one was ready to give information only, other took in the check-in details and gave the info story like a robot, and a third person took the money. More comprehensive work roles might motivate the staff and give a more welcoming feeling to enter the hotel.

Location, clean, plenty of food choices

Not much room to sunbathe- hotel blocked sun at various times. Not much parking for cars Lifts slow or going in opposite direction.

It was perfect, unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short due to a family bereavement in Ireland

The breakfasts were top class with a great variety and as much of everything as we wanted. The room (No.202)was in an ideal location and the room service was excellent. The receptionist was so helpful when we needed to shorten our stay and reschedule our flights due to a family bereavement back in Ireland. She was outstanding to say the least when we we needed it most.

There was nothing that we did not like.

Comfy, clean, spacious accommodation for a relaxing holiday with great food options and amazing evening entertainment.

It was clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds, nice modern bathroom. Plenty of sun beds/out door and indoor areas to relax in. Staff were friendly. A good choice of different foods. Evening entertainment was excellent and very professional.

Could have done with an extraction fan in bathroom as it got very steamy after a shower. Some orientation at the start of holiday so you know what facilities are available and where to find everything.

Reasonable hotel needs better food and drinks

Pool is nice as are the shared areas of the hotel, such as the bar.

Alcoholic drinks were premixed cocktails - DISGUSTING! Food was ok but not great, very repetitive, a lot of very salty options with no flavour. Bed was a waterbed, unexpected. Shower old and rusty.

Quite good place to stay with som drawbacks

Breakfast was satisfying. The room was quite spacious.

Noisy neighbours on the balcony. Maids coming to your room despite the don't disturb sign on the door. No double bed but two single beds that move. The parking slots often full although there is a lot of space around the hotel.

Food was generally very good , with a good selection.

Entertainment could be more varied. Did have an issue with a strip of metal found in my girlfriends food. After she had bitten on it. Complained to the Restaurant manager, had no feedback.
