Very good

The hotel is good but the coffee was bad. I made good coffee for myself in another place.

We liked the pool, the garden, and the food. We also liked the evening shows.

The breakfast was otherwise good, but the coffee was bad (from an automatic machine), and the queues at the machine were too long.

Location is right next to the beach, will have to take stairs to the beach though

It is a very old hotel that desperately needs a renovation; the first room we got faced the road and a bus stop and it did feel like sleeping on the bus station can hear every sound, so at 11pm we packed and went downstairs asking for another room as it was impossible to sleep. We got a new room but we had to chase cockroaches for 2 days, could hear our neighbors snoring and coughing. the worst this is not a smoke free hotel, people smoke every where and your room smells like smoke if your neighbor smokes. There is a line to get breakfast, we didnt bother with dinner as you had to be on time and we never know on vacation when we will go for the dinner. Staff speaks German to you, it is Spain so i do understand staff speaks Spanish, but it was very weird to be address in German all the time, even entertainment was in German

A lovely place for a relaxing holiday

The room was like a suite very well appointed, comfortable & rustically attractive We were pleased to be able to dine early and found an excellent selection of buffet items at every meal Staff were very attentive and welcoming Christmas decorations were low key and pretty Other guests all seemed friendly and laid back Gardens are very well kept and make the environment very pleasant

Spacious spotless room. Excellent food. Great location- right beside the bus stop and taxi rank. Lovely prom to walk.

This is not the fault of the hotel but we missed having other guests to speak to as they didnt have English

A different sort of resort, with pretty good chow, a nice pool and outstanding staff.

Staff was awesome. really helpful and considerate. The inner courtyard was super cool. Felt very tropical. There was always a place together for our family of four by the pool. Showers were nice. Bed was comfortable. The ping pong table was actually super fun! The food was pretty darn good considering it was buffet style. The overall feel of the resort was NOT one of "just another resort", that made us very happy indeed. They had live music on a couple of the nights. One night was a 3 piece band that I would have paid money to se at a club. So, yea, not stellar, but definitely good value and a comfortable, nice resort that we may stay at again and would definitely choose it above most of the other cookie cutter offerings and definitely over the big hotel buildings.

I wanted our rooms to look over the tropical garden, but we were stuck out by the parking lot. So our balcony was not the greatest. They were fully booked to be fair though. At least 1 alcoholic beverages should have been included in the meals. I booked this place because it looked like it was on the beachfront, it absolutely is not and is a very long stairway walk down, thus never made it to the beach. The stand alone singer on the third night wasn't great (the 3 piece band was vastly better).

Paradise!

We loved the garden and pool area. It was very hot during our holiday and this was like an oasis. There's a restaurant and terrace where you can get a drink, lunch or snack. Staff was always friendly and smiling, we felt very welcome. The breakfast buffet was amazing, so much choice and different every day. The rooms are beautiful, huge and comfortable bed, very clean and good airconditioning. It's located right near the beach, though it was very hot during the day. In the end of the afternoon it had shade and it was perfect. It was a perfect honeymoon for us and we hope we can return some day!

Rooms were spacious, very good breakfast serving sparkling wine and making individual omelets as well, nice personnel working at the dinner/breakfast. Garden was very pretty, feels like you are walking into botanical garden.

Rooms were a bit outdated with very thin walls. Overall staff was very welcoming, but evening before our leave lady at the reception refused to arrange taxi for us as we had to leave early stating that there are always taxi outside (there was no taxi available that morning). Receptionist who was working next morning arranged taxi for us. If you are travelling with car, be aware that there are guaranteed parking at the hotel and you have to look for a parking around the hotel.

Unusual hotel with excellent gardens. The restaurant and reception teams are a credit to the hotel.

The efficiency of the staff - especially in the restaurant. Garden environment. Good choice at the buffets - breakfast and dinner

I was allocated a room that had a rather nasty smell. The room was changed at my request. Odour should have been picked up during routine inspections and not offered until fixed. Sort these issues out and I can recommend - without proactive room management cannot.
