Great hotel, facilities, and friendly staff!

The staff are lovely and friendly, the pools are great and the lay down jacuzzi is great, the use of the spa facilities is very good. The food selection was also very good.

The location is a little remote, so we needed taxi rides to the centre. The hotel does provide regular minibuses to the beach though.

Wonderful stay!

The place was quiet, beautiful and spotless. The food was good, great breakfasts! The facilities were great too.

Only very minor things! The coffee could be better and the pool could be a few degrees warmer in December, the shuttle could add a stop to meloneras beach, which was definitely a superior beach vs Maspalomas Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

Everything about this property is brilliant from the minute we entered the door and the welcome we received from Freddy and every staff member we met afterwards to the comfortable room, exceptional food, great pool and spa facilities. Ticked every box for us and we will be returning.

Love the bungalow style room, plenty of space but food quality is underwhelming.

The staff are very friendly. The pool and its layout are good and spacious. We can easily get a chair to relax and sunbathing. The space between the chairs is ample.

The quality of food is underwhelming. We did not check in until late evening. We went straight to the restaurant. The wait staff told us the dinner was buffet. The quality of food was unimpressive, typical buffet foods, bland and dry.

The only thing that could have been different - kind of wish there would have been daily dinner options other than the buffet.
