Great value for money

Great facilities. Large apartments, laundry room, 2 swimming pools.

Nothing comes to mind. WiFi could have been faster, but that seems to be a challenge for the entire island.

Very good just sad about the jacuzzi and bar!

The rooms and facilities were lovely, super clean! Reception staff are absolutely lovely, same with cleaning staff!

Bar wait staff were slow and sometimes slightly rude, better getting a menu yourself, have to flag to order and will take an age for the bill! Also the jacuzzi was constantly being played in by kids despite being a relax zone! Couldnt comfortably use it!

The pool is amazing rooms have a great view very spacious and has everything you could need for a family

We were half board and it was a hassle to give a paper every meal to be marked would of been better if we had a band or something less trying than needing to have a paper constantly on us only one as well so all 5 of us had to be together .bit more information on arrival would of been nice . had to pay for parking when it states you are allocated one space but never mentioned a charge and everything charged to the room is not itemized just says pool bar charge so have no idea what we had been charged for. apart from these things it was great

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable we asked for an extra bed before arrival which was in the room when we checked in. The bathroom was spacious with a bath and a seperate shower. Our kids loved the pool area as the pools were heated- we paid to go to a water park and they wouldn't even go in the water there as it was freezing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

For us, the only downside was location. Our balcony was over a busy road not much of an issue for us as the view made up for it. I'm so glad we had the car to get about as hotel is a little out from beach, bars etc. There was a free bus, but we didn't use it, so I can't comment on that.

Home away from Home

Big apartment, big rooms, 2 bath & 2 toilets.. Well equipped apartment. Very comfortable settee and beds.. Beautuful balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Rooms cleaned daily. Very very friendly & helpful staff at the reception, restaurant, cleaning ladies etc. For the staff alone I will come back here. Food is amazing - especially dinner. Good variety to choose from. Half board was very good value. Great facilities - swimming pools, gym, supermarket etc. Walking distance to bigger supermarkets. Free bus to the beach Highly recommend. Will visit again..

No microwave in the kitchen Small leak from upstairs bathroom just before we checked out.

Great hotel, great staff, terrible food.

The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I was really surprised at how good the room was. The staff were also amazing, especially those in reception. The pool area is great, plenty of room and clean. The breakfast was good.

We only ate in the restaurant once and that was enough. We both ordered the (chef recommend) sirloin steak off the a la carte menu. It was unfathomably bad, I almost thought it was a joke. It came out with a pile of unseasoned, (under) boiled carrot slices, and some oily overcooked chips. Nothing else The steak was ordered medium-rare, and came out very rare but no complaints there. However it wasn't sealed in parts. This was also the most expensive item on the menu. What was most annoying was the fact that the food being served around us on the all inclusive buffet looked varied and quite nice, which made it all the more baffling that we were served this The food in the pool bar is poor, but reasonably priced.
